How does our Return Policy work?

For how long can I demand a return shipment?

If you want to return your order, you can do this within 14 days after your purchase. Please first send an email to info@dyspo.com and indicate clearly that you wish to return your order.

Also indicate why the order is returned.

How does DYSPO handle your return request?

Our client service prepares a return form and you will receive a notification via email. Please
print this email and add this to your order before returning it to us. The shipping cost (for the
client of Dyspo.com) is for your own account.
